  2. I chose this video because I thought it was a great way to learn easy and effective exercises that help improve flexibility and overall body mobility. I believe flexibility is very important for maintaining a healthy body, preventing injuries, and moving more comfortably and efficiently in daily life. I liked that the routine is practical, simple to follow, and can be done anywhere without much space or special equipment. However, I think it would have been more comprehensive if the person in the video had explained the specific benefits of each exercise and which muscles they target. Overall, it’s a clear, useful, and highly recommended video.

  3. I saw this video and thought it could be useful for both of us because it shows a simple 8-minute stretching routine for people who aren’t very flexible. I chose it because it’s short and easy, so we can do it together or at home without too much effort. Also it helps loosen up our muscles and feel more relaxed, especially after sitting in class. Watching it makes me feel motivated to move a little every day, and I believe it could help you too.

  4. This is a fantastic follow-along stretching routine. The instructions are clear and accessible, even for those of us who aren’t super flexible yet. I love how it moves through the full body neck, hips, back making it perfect for easing into more movement. The pacing and visuals help you really focus on proper form rather than just rushing through. I feel like after doing this just a few times I’m already noticing less stiffness and more ease in my day-to-day. Thank you for creating such a thoughtful and practical video definitely going into my regular routine

  5. I chose this video because it seemed like an excellent option for people who don’t have much flexibility and need to start from a basic and safe level. I liked that the routine is designed especially for beginners, with simple movements and clear explanations that make it easy to follow. The video also conveys the idea that anyone can improve with consistency, which I find very motivating. I also value that it includes accessible stretches that don’t require strength or previous experience. Overall, I think it’s a very useful video to start working on flexibility from zero, without fear or pressure, and above all, with motivation and enthusiasm.
