Leg Stretches for the Inflexible! Beginner Flexibility Routine

I chose this video because I was really impressed by how these stretching exercises can help improve your flexibility, as she says, in a very short time, just if you're consistent. If you don't practice daily, the results most likely won't be as quick as if you do it every day.

For me, flexibility is very important, because it helps to prevent injuries while playing sports. Also if you lose it or don't have it, you can have mobility difficulties later in life. This video helps prevent that from happening or delay it further with some easy exercises that everyone can do. Obviously, everyone will stretch according to their own abilities and will improve little by little. It's true that some of these exercises might be a bit more difficult to do if you lack stability.

I encourage people to try to increase their flexibility, either by following this warm-up or others, but clearly without overexerting themselves, as this can lead to injuries.
