I choose this video because for me, the flexibility is an important thing in my day a day and help me a lot to avoid muscular injuries that I had in the past. One of the things that I agree with the video is that the exercises are very similar with the exercises that we do in all the sessions of Physical Education, but I would like that the boy of the video explain the different types and methods and not only do the exercises. For the rest, I think that this could be beneficial for the people to do sport, and it is an interesting, easy and fast training to do it in your free time.
You explained very clearly why you picked the video (flexibility helps you in daily life and to prevent injuries), and that personal reason makes your comment meaningful. I also like that you compared it with our P.E. sessions and noticed that many of the stretches are the same — that shows you are connecting class with real life.
What you could improve: - Good point when you say the boy should have explained the different types/methods of stretching — that’s critical thinking 👏. Next time you can even name them (static, dynamic, PNF…).
Overall: good choice, good connection with class and good critical comment ✅
Thank you so much for sharing this video! I think it’s a really good and interesting one because it shows exercises that are easy to do and very helpful to improve flexibility. I found it interesting because it teaches simple movements that can really make a difference in our daily lives. I totally agree that flexibility is very important to prevent injuries and to feel better every day. I also liked how the video explains each movement clearly and motivates people to do sport.
I absolutely loved this video! I think it's a great option for anyone wanting to improve their flexibility in an easy and practical way. The exercises the person demonstrates are easy to do and excellent for maintaining agility and preventing muscle pain. I also appreciated the way they explained the movements; seeing them done so clearly and easily is very motivating. I think these kinds of routines are perfect for everyday use, especially for those who spend a lot of time sitting or playing sports. Overall, it's a helpful and highly recommended video.
Wow, what a comprehensive video! I really liked this one because it shows all the possible stretches and clearly explains which muscle or body part is being flexed and which is being worked. This is an excellent routine for someone with limited flexibility, and even for someone who wants to increase their flexibility (stretching). In conclusion, this is a video that would help anyone. With this complete daily routine, you can relieve various discomforts and hidden aches and pains.
