ENDURANCE

  1. In my opinion, the first half of the video is very detailed and theoretically sound. If anyone is interested in the practical training methods, they can start watching from the fifth segment (2 minutes 12 seconds). This part focuses more on actual practice.

An important point mentioned in the video is that training volume should only be increased after the body has adapted to a certain level, as this avoids overtraining and injury. I completely agree that endurance can be improved through regular and consistent training. Without consistency, it's difficult to see progress, leading to the urge to give up.

Overall, I think this video is easy to understand and easy to try myself.

Your justification is strong because you clearly separate the theoretical and practical parts of the video and even provide a specific timestamp for viewers who want training methods. You also highlight an important training principle—only increasing volume after adaptation—which shows good understanding of safe progression and injury prevention. Your reflection on consistency is relevant and realistic, explaining why regular training is needed for improvement and motivation. To make your justification even stronger, include one specific training method shown in the practical section and briefly describe how you would apply it in your own training.

  2. In this videothat teresa have put talks about how to improve endurance through consistent training and healthy habits. She explains that endurance can be developed by combining cardiovascular exercises like running or cycling with strength training. Adriana also highlights the importance of proper breathing techniques and staying hydrated. She encourages viewers to set realistic goals and increase intensity gradually to avoid injuries. Another key point she mentions is the value of rest and recovery to allow the body to adapt. Overall, the video is motivating and practical, offering useful advice for anyone who wants to build better physical resistance safely.
