Endurance, which means resistance and the ability to keep going despite fatigue, is extremely important for our health and for our lives. It helps our heart and lungs work better, strengthens our muscles, and improves our overall physical condition. When we develop endurance, we are able to face daily challenges with more energy and confidence. It also supports mental strength, teaching us patience, discipline, and determination. Good endurance reduces the risk of many diseases and increases our quality of life. That is why I have chosen this video, because it clearly shows how essential endurance is for a healthy and balanced life.
Mark: 8.0 Your justification explains very well why endurance is important for health and daily life, including benefits for the heart and lungs, overall fitness, energy, and even mental strength. This makes your choice meaningful and shows that you understand the value of endurance beyond sport. To make your justification stronger, include one or two specific details from the video (an example, tip, or key message) so it is clearly linked to the content you watched. Adding a short sentence about how you would apply it in training (method, frequency, or intensity control) would make your evaluation more complete.
I find it really interesting to learn about how to build strength and stamina because they are both essential for improving performance in sports. Strength helps you feel more powerful and stable in your movements, while stamina allows you to maintain your energy throughout the entire game or workout. I like how training for both requires discipline and consistency, not just short bursts of effort. Exercises like weight training, running, and core work may seem simple, but they make a big difference over time. In my opinion, understanding how these elements work together makes training more meaningful and motivating.
