  1. I have been seen some videos and I found this one. It's a technical video that talks about the muscle, its shape, formation and the diferent types of stretchings and some other things. I've liked this video so much because before I didn't understand why my long-term flexibility didn't improved even when I streched or also why after I streched and felt how my range of motion improved it came back to normal after 15 minutes or something like that. Another thing I didn't know was that not in all sports flexibility is required and in some of them it is in addition a disadvantage, like once my boxing teacher told me that in aikido for example flexibility was quite important but an extremly good one could make your strenght go worse, but I thought it was just in that sport.
