I chosed this video because it shows three easy stretches that help improve flexibility. I like it because it makes me feel more energy and less tense in my body and when I watch it, I feel motivated to take care of myself and move a little every day. Also the explanations are clear and the pace is calm, so it’s easy to follow even for beginners. This video can help me and all the people of my clase to do exercise more often, relax our muscles, and feel better. It also teaches us that small steps can help us improve little by little, and that it’s important to take care of our body every day.
Hi! 👋 Excellent work! Your comment is clear, positive, and shows a great personal connection with the video. I really like how you explain not only what the stretches are for, but also how they make you feel — more energy, less tension, and motivation to move every day. That personal reflection makes your writing very authentic and meaningful. 🙌
You also highlight important ideas such as the calm pace, the accessibility for beginners, and the importance of daily self-care — all of which show strong understanding and empathy. 👏
It’s a wonderful comment — inspiring, clear, and well-written. ✅
Comment by: Patricia Gutiérrez Torice: I think the video Naiara chose is very accessible, even for people with very little flexibility, almost none. It seems very easy to do at home without any equipment. The girl explains very well how to do the exercises and even gives you some tips or different ways to do the three proposed exercises depending on your flexibility level, which can be motivating, seeing that you're not the only person who can't do those exercises in the way that requires the most flexibility. In addition, it improves posture and reduces muscle tension.
Mi comentario al video de mi compañera Naiara : I think the video my friend made is a great idea because it focuses on people who have limited flexibility and offers three simple daily exercises to help them improve. Flexibility is essential for maintaining mobility, preventing injuries, and feeling more comfortable in everyday movements. I appreciate how clearly the video explains the exercises and encourages viewers to stay consistent. Even small routines can make a big difference when done regularly. This video is very helpful and reminds us that investing a few minutes each day in our bodies can truly improve our overall well-being and long-term physical health today.
