  1. Hello my name is Ainara Guillen and I am going to talk about this video that I found interesting because is a easy routine that we can do in home instead of going to a gym.
    I think that before doing that exercises it agrees to do a warm up to prepare our muscles.
    The girl of the video has do series of exercices of one minute each one.
    I think that is important doing that exercices because I reed that helps us to have a better breath, improves posture and improves balance.
    I think exercising is good for your health and distracts you from time to time.
