  1. Hello, my name is Daira and I chose that video because it's show us how to tone our body in 11 minutes and I think that it is good for us to take a routine all the days to be satisfaced with our body.
    I will explain some things that I see in the video that i think that is interesting and it is that after the exercises she takes some minutes while she breath and relax before she does another exercise.
    Another thing that I see or listen in the video is that the girl says that this exercices we have to combinate with a balanced diet.
