  1. In this video we can see a professional women´s match of one of the sport that I don´t have in my list of favourite sports, but with every passing class, I fun a lot, although sometimes I don´t do very well.
One of the important things that I observed is the way of served. In class we learn and practice two types of serve. One is throwing the ball up, and in the air with the hand down we must pass the net, as we can see in the 30 second, the number 11 of Spain do it. The other way is the opposite, with the ball down we must hit up with the hand. But in the video, the second way doesn´t appear, it seems that the second serve is only to start and the first is for professionals.
Also, we practice the types of passes the ball. One is with the finger that is called overhead, that result very easy, because the technique is so basic, in contradistinction of the forearm that we make mistakes because we put wrong the position of the body and the arms.
Watching the video is time to give importance in how difficult this sport is, it usually seems simpler than it really is. The most difficult thing about this sport is to coordinate with others and up all to have perfect communication, because if we in class with one bouncing, we have problems, I don´t imagine without touching the floor.

    1. Your justification is strong because you clearly connect the video to what we are learning in class, especially serves and passing techniques. You also show a personal learning reflection by explaining how volleyball is becoming more interesting for you and why communication makes the sport more challenging than it seems. To improve your justification, try to be more precise about the serve types: rather than saying one is only for professionals, explain that different serves are used depending on level, control, and tactical purpose. Adding one or two more specific moments from the video (besides the 30-second example) and including a tactical observation (team positioning, movement after the serve, or communication) would make your justification even stronger.

  2. Hi Sofía.
This is a really nice video.
It shows the atmosphere of the fans cheering from the stands, and that is an amazing feeling that makes you feel the video as if you were also there.
It shows the intensity of volleyball, how fast is this sport and how fast it can change.
It shows also the strength of the players; those jumps and those kicks to the ball are amazing.
They are skilled players and is really nice to see them play.
Those fakes wile jumping are nice to see, and their communication is amazing!!!
One of them from the red team is a famous player, the 99 one.
Thanks, Sofía for showing us the discipline and good vibes they have in their teams.
You just have to see their faces smiling when they do a point.
    Sad that Spain couldn’t win!!

  3. I watched the video titled “Highlights Women’s Volleyball World Championship 2025 Türkiye vs Spain and I think it’s an exciting and inspiring showcase of athletic skill. The players demonstrate incredible teamwork, energy, and focus throughout the match, making every point feel intense and meaningful. I loved how the video captured both powerful spikes and strategic defensive plays, which shows how volleyball is not just physical but also very smart. Even if someone doesn’t know much about the sport, watching these highlights makes it easy to appreciate the dedication and effort of the athletes.
