Endurance vs Stamina

4 comments:

  1. Hello, my name is Naiara and I chose this video about endurance vs stamina because I often confuse these two words. The video explains the difference in a very clear and simple way. I liked how it used easy examples, like running and other sports, to show that endurance is about how long you can continue an activity, while stamina is about having the energy and strength to do it well. The explanations were short and direct, so it was not boring to see it. I also liked the visuals because they helped me understand better. This video would be useful for english learners, especially people who like fitness or sports, because it teaches important vocabulary in a practical and interesting way.

    1. Your justification is very strong because you start with a clear personal reason for choosing the video: you often confuse “endurance” and “stamina.” You summarise the main difference clearly and support it with easy sports examples, which shows you understood the content. You also evaluate the video well by mentioning the clear explanations, short format, and helpful visuals, and you explain who would benefit from it (English learners and people interested in sports). To make it even better, include one specific example from the video and add one sentence about how you will apply this vocabulary in PE or training discussions.

  2. Hi, I chose this video to comment because it talks about the difference between endurance and stamina. Most people don't know the difference and think they're the same thing, and I used to think that too. I liked this video because it clearly explains the difference and uses easy-to-understand examples. It felt short because it's so well explained that I didn't get bored. It's useful and interesting for athletes, they should definitely watch it.
