I really liked this video because it explains how to do a handstand in a simple way. I always thought it was super difficult, but now I see that with practice it can be possible. The tips about warming up and using the wall were very useful. I tried it at home and I almost did it, just need more balance haha. I will keep practicing because I want to be able to do it without falling. Thank you for the video, it was fun and easy to follow
