Hi my name is Isabel, and I think its very important to learn the basics of any sport before you attempt to play it, and this video teaches you the skills necessary to play volleyball. It teaches serving (underhand and overhand, passing, setting, blocking, and spiking. I think she teaches it in a great way and explains the skills very well for beginners. The slow motion really helps to see exactly what she is doing with each pass. My only criticism is that the music makes it a little hard to understand at times. In conclusion I believe that all beginner volleyball players should watch this video (or a similar video) to learn these skills to become better at volleyball.
