    I really like this video because I think you have to have flexibility, because it is an important part to have in our body. I have chosen this video because it seemed to me that it explains it very well and a routine that could be do every day, and i choose this video because only is 15 minutes. All of this differents exercises are very healthier and good to all of our body.
