Strength exercises!

  1. In this video, the man explains the 8 different activities that we need to exercise strength and also explains where are the areas of movement.
    It has two parts, the exercises that we need only our body weigth ( fot exercises of the back, exercises of the biceps)
    And the other part, is for the exercises that we need some objects (like weigths, weigths bars or cufflinks, a rope (comba)) (for the parts like legs, abs or sht oulders
    Its a professional video because this men works in this gym and its very strength.
    I don´t think that this would be a good example to begin with
