Oscar Husillos is an athlete from Astudillo, a small village of the province of Palencia. This spanish athlete this athlete was proclaimed world champion of the 400 meters, but a simple step on the line caused him to be disqualified. Personally I think that the rules of athletics are very hard because they disqualify an athlete for stepping on the line a bit seems unfair.
