A warm-up routine must contain the following steps: A basic warm-up, streching exercises, and the specific part that help us to prepare a part of the body. Is important to concentrate in this two componets.
    Is crucial to differentiate between the basic warp-up and the streching exercises. The warm-up exercises make the blood flow trough the body includingthe muscles. Streching help to sretch muscles. If you skip the basic warm-up and you direct strech you could harm your muscles
