  2. This video is a good representation of how we can apply the strength in physical education. Also, for this, the coach use drawings to explain the diferent types of strength and the muscle to which it affects, this is an useful information to prevent injuries or know how to solve it. To practice, we do in class the same exercices that we can see in the video, like the rope and the medicinal ball. For me is an interesting video because I want to be a more active person.
